Worried About Wrinkles? Frown No More!


Having wrinkles is not new to us. We all know we’ll be having one (even more) as we age and that can be normal for some, acceptable for many, but, horrifying for most.

Since you’re reading this, I’m pretty sure you’re a member of the group whose members are horrified to meet Mr. Wrinkles in his/her life. (See, you are now part of a group that you don’t even know you’re a member of. Thanks to me, I told you. Haha)

Don’t worry, I’m part of that group too. :)

Wrinkles can be your friends. As far as I know, there can be uses for them. 

Sadly, I only know one:
·         They can help you express your emotions. E.g. doubt, anger, etc

IF YOU DON’T WANT TO HAVE MORE WRINKLES, please do not continue reading. The facts you’ll about to read can make you frown if you don’t know them yet.
(Don’t worry, I have the best solution for your wrinkle problems if you’ll finish reading, cheers.)

I compiled a list of facts that are being set aside for hundreds of years that can CAUSE wrinkles and ruin your face. Please be minded that these are just small things that cause wrinkles and should also consider the bigger factors. However, these things should not be neglected since small things are usually the cause of the bigger problems.


Here is the list of really important factors you can consider to maintain your distance to wrinkle problems. I hope you’ll appreciate it. (I’m also doing the things written here, rest assured.)

 Even driving can give you wrinkles. Yes, you read it write. I recently discovered that wrinkles can attack you in your ease when driving your car. That’s horrible, right? It is said that your car’s window can be a medium of sun’s UVA rays (which causes skin wrinkling, by the way) during short and long travels. I know most of us go to work during morning and go out and use our cars to take our lunch in a nice place and these can be perfect timings for wrinkles to attack you. 


My suggested solution: Use tinted windows, do not use your car (which is hard), or use effective sunscreen every day. There are bunch of products found in Amazon that can be shipped in just a day. You can find the product that you want there. What I recommend most is the Goddess Natural Sunscreen. It is organic and free of chemical sunscreen which is good for the skin.
 
 Dehydration is an awesome cause of wrinkles. As your body age, so does your skin. Lack of moisture causes flaky, or even worse, cracked skin. It also contributes in making your wrinkles look obvious.

My suggested solution: Drink more water and eat fruits. These are easy things to do. You might want to have a bottle of water in your bag. Eating fruits after having your meal is also ideal. 


Replenish lost collagen. Collagen is consists of amino acids and is a good agent in keeping you away from wrinkles. It is responsible for making your skin elastic and having a good texture.   

My suggested solution: Most already know what collagen is. Most also use it as a cream. I’m not saying this cannot benefit you, but, I didn’t mention that they are having the best result. To maximize the use of collagen, it should be in the dermis, which happens to be the inner part of the skin. Visiting a dermatologist is the best way but can be expensive. An alternative is to use capsule and it can also give the best result. You may want to check Natural Collagen Caps.
 
Positioning in your sleep is a factor. I used to sleep with a one sided pattern before. I thought having a soft pillow can’t cause wrinkles. As you have guessed, I was wrong. Using this sleeping pattern puts pressure on our face and this leads to face lines and wrinkles as well.  

My suggested solution: It’s preferable to sleep in your back. It may be hard in that start but you’ll get used to it. In my case, I needed to feel sleepy first before I go to bed. That means longer nights and lesser sleep. Ha! It sure pays.


 Smoking is dangerous to your health – and to your face. Surprised? Not really. It’s obvious that smoking brings us harm. What is little know is that it’s also a factor in having a wrinkle. It makes skin age faster and not to mention, makes you look older in your age. 


My suggested solution: Reducing the number of sticks you smoke can help. Make this regular and before you knew it, you already are a “former smoker”.


These are just some factors contributing to having wrinkles. I already included simple solution (hope they helped) but it’s advisable to go to a dermatologist if you think your condition is beyond normal. 


Considering these small factors can give a big gap in preventing wrinkles. Most of us only focus on the big things that they tend to forget these factors. Maximizing all of the info you can gather is a good habit and can bring you priceless benefits.
